FINALLY!
After jumping through hoop after bureaucratic hoop... (the developers, not me....lol)
I have been informed that the newest lots at Broken paddle are now available for purchase. A little birdie told me the asking price is $55,000.00 each. They are all a 1/2 acre in size and well back from the lake. As a matter of fact, unless I am mistaken, the lake cannot be seen at all from any of these lots. They had a waiting list of purchasers that they are now contacting to see who, after all these years (that would be several), are still interested in purchasing these lots. Those people, as I understand it, have first kick at the cat so to speak. Time will tell if any are still up for grabs.
I will post more info on this as I get the details.

Has anyone out there heard what's going on at the Resort for this year?
As far as I know, there has been no change in the status at Fawcett Lake Resort. It will remain closed again this year for construction. Should I find out otherwise, I will put up a new post in regards to that.
